科研方向

研究领域包括:三维生物医学图像的分析与可视化、计算机辅助的诊断及手术规划及其临床应用、图像图形处理、机器视觉及其工业应用、非线性系统分析等。目前正在研究的内容主要包括:
      (1) 体绘制技术中传递函数的设计问题及其在医学可视化中的应用;
      (2) 视觉激励的三维图像中隐边界曲面的自适应检测与重构方法研究 (多视觉机制的集成的应用);
      (3) 基于多图册或先验模型的三维图像中感兴趣器官的分割及体绘制;
      (4) 与临床医生合作研究面向特定临床应用的计算机辅助的诊断与手术规划技术或系统; 
      (5) 基于稀疏与低秩分解及机器学习的医学影像中的病灶自动检测技术 (计算机学习医生的读片能力?)
      (6) 机器视觉技术在工业监/检测及自动化中的应用
      (7) 智能系统的数学基础理论,如非线性离散动态系统稳定性的定量分析。
