Academic Report-Biomedical Imaging Data Computing & Analytics
Published:2017-05-17 Hits:238

The revolutionary advance of biomedical imaging technologies enables to reveal important insight of human body from anatomical details to underlying biological and biochemical level. In adjunction to clinical testing and assessment, diverse imaging modalities provide lifelong medical surveillance for an individual. In turn, we are witnessing ever-rapid increase of big volume of biomedical data. Our research is focusing on computing, fusion, and analytics of the big biomedical data to facilitate full utilization and better understanding and interpretation of these widely available multi-modal imaging data for personalized precision medicine and to empower predictive and preventive healthcare.
